About Our Client:

Our client is a global leader in equipment, technology and services for the mining and aggregates industries. Based in Forrestfield, their busy manufacturing workshop is seeking experienced tradespeople and operators to join a safety-focused and supportive team.

About the Roles/s:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse/Storeperson to join our client's busy team at their Forrestfield workshop. This hands-on role will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching goods, internal stock control, and loading and unloading freight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and record incoming items
• Prepare finished items/products for dispatch
• Load and unload palletised and irregular-sized freight
• Operate a forklift and other materials-handling equipment where licensed
• Complete stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Enter and update information using their inventory management software
• Ensure goods are stored safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Follow all site safety procedures and work instructions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience is preferred
• Forklift High Risk Work Licence is desirable but not essential
• Previous forklift experience is highly regarded; training may be considered for the right candidate
• Experience loading and unloading palletised or irregular-sized freight is advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP, Pronto or a similar inventory system is desirable but not essential
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Ability to safely complete manual-handling tasks
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work effectively within a team
• Candidates holding a forklift licence will complete a site-specific VOC upon commencement
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
