About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at Cabrini Health. Working across our switchboard, concierge and reception operations, you'll benefit from the variety our hospital offers every day. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a healthcare leader and a highly experienced team, all within a secure and supportive organisation.

Our department operates 6:00AM-11PM 365 days a year and flexibility is preferred to work a range of shifts throughout the week, predominantly weekdays.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering and redirecting incoming calls through our switchboard system
• Concierge duties - greeting patients and visitors at the main hospital entrance and escorting patients into the hospital
• Responding to emergency calls in a timely manner and accurately transmitting messages via the relevant system
• Giving directions in accordance with our way-finding procedure
• Booking of taxis and couriers as requested
• Making Patient Transport bookings as required
• Assisting with general enquiries

Employment Conditions

Employment with Cabrini Health will be based on satisfactory background checks such as professional references, National Police Check, vaccinations for annual Influenza. A Working with Children Check (WWCC) may also be requested. Vaccination for COVID-19 is highly recommended.

Malvern hospital, Melbourne's southeast. Part time, 22.5 hours per week, with shift times 6:00AM-11PM 365 days a year, preferred weekday shifts.
