The primary focus of this role is to provide customer service inour telephone contact centre where you will be the first point ofcontact for a diverse range of enquiries, you will offer advice andappropriate solutions by applying your active listening skills andgenuinely understanding what our customers want. You willalso provide an efficient and effective cashier service, processingpayments made over the counter, online and via mail.
The following selection criteria must be addressed inthe online application process:
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service (contact centre orface-to-face) preferred
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and a willingness tolearn new systems
We are offering a salary of $77,854 per annum for thisposition as well as the following benefits:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to afurther 5%
