Join a growing logistics business in a newly created role! We are seeking a Customer Service & Administration professional to join a growing logistics business in Glendenning. This is a varied role supporting an established team and working with a portfolio of blue-chip clients.
You'll manage customer enquiries, order and delivery queries, administration and data entry, while liaising with transport providers to ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
This is not a traditional call‑centre role — we're looking for someone proactive, adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Investigating order, delivery and inventory queries
- Liaising with transport providers to resolve delivery issues
- Using internal systems to investigate orders and provide customer updates
- Completing general administration and data entry
- Updating customer inventory information in SAP
- Maintaining accurate records in the OrderPoint CRM/order management system
- Supporting the existing team with day-to-day administration
- Proactively communicating with customers and following issues through to resolution
- Building strong relationships with key client accounts
About You

- Previous customer service and/or administration experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
