This role is part time with 4 days a week (30 hours), flexible working arrangements. Could suit someone who is looking to work whilst studying.

THE ROLE
This Part-time (30 hours per week) Hybrid role includes:
- Provide administration assistance to the Operations Team, primarily the Finance Team
- Preparing month end journals and reconciliation
- Assistance with accounts duties
- Assistance with managing of fleet vehicles
- Assistance with managing properties
- Assistance with credit card statement acquittals
- Other duties as reasonably required
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:
- A mature and committed Christian who has a sense of calling to serving God in this role using their administrative gifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Contributes strongly to a climate of trust, acceptance and respect
- Maintains integrity in all interpersonal actions both within the office and in contact with church leaders and others.

- Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Proactive and able to work independently

- Willing to complete and support our ‘Safe Churches Questionnaire’, Working with Children check and Australian Criminal History Check (if applicable)
