Envigor Home Care is an Approved Provider with more than 10 years experience providing Home Care, Veteran's Community Nursing (DVA) and Disability Support (NDIS). Envigor provides services across Queensland from the Gold Coast and Darling Downs in the south, to Cairns in the Far North.

About the role
The Registered Nurse works with clients to assess, develop, implement, and review care plans that meet clients holistic and changing needs. You will be part of a small team who works with clients to apply your clinical skills to improve the quality of life for clients in their home environment as part of their care team. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable and have excellent clinical and communication skills.
Knowledge of HCP, DVA community nursing program and experience with NDIS participants would be desirable.

DutiesComplete Clinical Assessments, Management Plans & Individualised Client Care Plans, DVA and HCP reviews
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
Implement client care that meets holistic and changing needs
Ensure clinical pathways and clinical quality compliance standards are met
Provide education and competency sign offs for Envigor support staff

AHPRA Registration (no restrictions and unlimited work entitlements)
1+ years post graduate experience, preferably in community sector
National Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Current Yellow Card) - or -
National Police Check (within the last 3 years)
Vaccinations - Current Influenza Vaccination, COVID-19 (fully vaccinated)
Current CPR certificate
Current QLD Driver’s licence, current insurance and a reliable vehicle
Envigor's systems are fully electronic, as such applicants must be proficient in the use of Information Technology. This is to support maintaining the Electronic Client Health Record and web-based applications to provideaccurate, up-to-date, and complete information about clientsat the point of care.
