What You Will Do

• Proactive Sourcing & Outreach: Engage with top-tier IT talent using sourcing channels, cold outreach, and networking.
• In-Depth Candidate Screening: Qualify candidate skills, motivations, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with specialised tech professionals, as well as our partner clients.
• Deal Negotiation & Closing: Manage interview processes end-to-end, handle counteroffers, negotiate salaries, and secure placements.

What We Offer

• Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Additional Bonuses
• Average Total Compensation: Year 1 - €48,000+, Year 2 - €75,000, Year 3 - €108,000+
