Dry Attendant

Join the team at Queen's Sport Upper Malone and play a key role in delivering a welcoming, safe, and high-quality environment for students, members, and visitors. Based primarily at Upper Malone, the Dry Attendant will support the day-to-day operation of our outdoor sports facilities through cleaning, customer service, facility maintenance, reception duties, event support, and access control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across sports facilities, supporting bookings and reception services, processing payments, preparing spaces for events, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following essential criteria:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
1. Secondary School education (e.g. GCSE level or NVQ equivalent).
2. Relevant work experience in line with the main duties of the post.
3. Knowledge of the relevant systems and procedures etc., plus a wider appreciation of the relevant area of work.
