Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (10+ years)

Location: Calgary, AB

Work Arrangement: Remote

Duration: 06-12 Months

Pay Rate: CAD 75-95/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting and developing ITSM and CSM modules.
• Strong experience building server-side and client-side ServiceNow customizations| including business rules| script includes| client scripts| UI policies| and related framework components.
• Practical experience with Flow Designer and ATF.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model| catalog workflow concepts| forms| lists| notifications| and role-based access controls.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred to have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM| andor CSM.
• Hands on experience working on custom OOB functionalities related to Finance domain.
• Experience with integrations using RESTSOAP APIs| IntegrationHub| MID Server| or scripted integrations.
• Experience with performance troubleshooting| set-up of platform best practices| and governance of customization standards.
• Exposure to CMDB| knowledge management
