Senior Bookkeeper / Management Accountant - Property & Real Estate - Dublin

HireForce is working with a successful and expanding property investment and real estate business in Dublin to recruit a Senior Bookkeeper / Management Accountant.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Bookkeeper, Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant or Part-Qualified Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. While a professional accounting qualification is advantageous, it is not essential.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Complete month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
• Produce detailed variance analysis and financial reports for management
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure statutory compliance deadlines are met
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances and supplier accounts
• Support the year-end audit process and preparation of statutory financial statements

About You

• Previous experience in a Senior Bookkeeper, Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of management accounts and month-end reporting
• Excellent Excel and financial systems skills
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
