Lauxes Grates is a fast-growing business designing and manufacturing premium drainage solutions across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Assistant to join our collaborative QLD warehouse team in Molendinar. This is a hands‑on role supporting picking, packing, dispatch, receipting, stock control and the safe flow of daily warehouse operations.
This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday opportunity, with operating hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and no weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily warehouse tasks and priorities safely, accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, receive and dispatch customer orders.
- Follow safe work procedures, risk controls and reasonable WHS directions.
- Conduct pre‑start checks and operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and within licence requirements.
- Identify and promptly report hazards, incidents, near misses, damaged equipment and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate stock records and organised storage locations.
- Keep work areas, walkways and emergency access points clean and clear.
- Communicate delays, stock issues and operational risks promptly.
- Participate in toolbox talks, training and continuous improvement activities.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, accountable and safety‑first team culture.

You will ideally have:
- Previous warehouse, logistics or dispatch experience.

- A current driver’s licence and forklift licence.
