Job Description

  • $32.96per hour+12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Be the first point of connection
At Each, our Customer Service Officers play an important role in creating welcoming, inclusive experiences for every person who walks through our doors or reaches out for support. Working within our community health services, you’ll help people connect to the care they need - supporting access, dignity and positive outcomes.

Your role, your impact
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, families and visitors- setting the tone for a respectful and supportive experience. Through clear communication, organisation and care, you’ll help people navigate services and feel confident they’re in the right place.

  • Manage front-of-house operations - greet clients and create a welcoming, inclusive environment
  • Provide client support and information - respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries with clarity and care
  • Coordinate appointments and bookings - ensure timely and accurate access to services
  • Maintain client records and data - uphold accuracy, confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Process payments and administrative tasks - support smooth day-to-day service delivery
  • Collaborate with clinical teams - ensure a seamless and connected client experience
  • Identify improvements - contribute to enhancing systems and service delivery

Who we’re looking for

  • Customer service experiencein an administrative or client-facing role
  • Strong communication skillswith the ability to engage respectfully with a diverse community
  • Excellent organisation and time managementwith the ability to prioritise tasks
  • High attention to detailand accuracy in data entry and administration
  • Collaborative mindsetand willingness to support team outcomes
  • Confidence using systemsincluding Microsoft Office and client databases

What will make you stand out

  • Experience in community health or not-for-profit settings
  • Familiarity with client management or booking systems
  • Understanding of person-centred or trauma-informed approaches
