Description & Requirements

• Monday to Friday 5am - 1:30pm or 6am - 2:30pm shifts with regular overtime opportunities (Overtime penalties + Meal Allowance)
• $44.11 per hour plus 12% Superannuation
• We supply and maintain the vehicles!
• Must have STRONG Motorcycle and multi-tasking experience
• All PPE provided plus your own Mentor to train you

As a 'Relief Postie' based at our Strathfield or Rydalmere Facilityyou will be operating and delivering on all modes of transport including Motorcycle, Electric 3-Wheel Buggy, Electric Push Bike, and Walking.

This is a unique and rare opportunity for anyone who is agile and looking to take the next step in their career and love a good challenge.

You will be responsible for working on different routesand modes of transportevery day to cover other drivers on leave. These routes cover all of our Strathfieldand Rydalmerecatchment areas.

We are looking for Skilled Motorcyclists'who are resilient, safety conscious, confident and motivated individual to join and support your local communities and ensure our letters and parcels are delivered on time.

About you

• You hold a full or probationary motorcycle licence.
• Experience and/or knowledge working within the courier/delivery industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• You're resilient and able to adapt to high volume and pressure.
• You're flexible with working additional hours if required.
• You’ll successfully pass our mandatory and practicalridingassessment.
• You have a great memory, excellent attention to detailand can lift upto 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly.
• You'll need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 100kgs or less.
