Your Impact

• Serve as the business owner for Sales Forecasting and Pipeline reporting using the Anaplan platform, driving the vision and execution of our reporting capabilities.
• Partner deeply with Field Operations and collaborate seamlessly across almost all internal functions to produce actionable reporting that drives critical business processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, account planning and territory overview.
• Develop and deliver high-impact reporting to track and drive key company strategic initiatives and overall performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and continuity across all systems
• Act as the crucial bridge between business strategy and technical execution, effectively translating complex business requirements into clear reporting deliverables.
• Manage and align multiple ongoing priorities across different teams, ensuring that cross-functional work is coordinated and completed efficiently.
• Champion clear, transparent communication of reporting changes and enhancements to stakeholders at all levels.

Your Qualifications

• Exceptional Business Acumen & Communication: Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy, specifically within the field operations function, communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Anaplan Expertise: Hands-on experience and proven ability to build, maintain, and navigate models within Anaplan.
• Stakeholder & Priority Management: Highly organized with a proven track record of managing numerous ongoing priorities, influencing across teams without direct authority, and driving projects to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or Finance.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar strategic/analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking with a proven track record of strong business impact and outcomes.
• Distinctive analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) with the ability to work across systems to ensure data transparency and reliability
