🚀 Hiring: Business Development Manager – C&I Solar
Location: Chennai
Experience: 15+ Years
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in the C&I Solar market.
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration / MBA.
- 15+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Strong experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, or Power sector.
- Knowledge of C&I Solar, Rooftop Solar, Open Access, and Captive Power projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
