Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, campaigns, websites, and other communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Develop graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Content, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Understand campaign requirements and convert concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colors, typography, and visual identity.
• Create creatives for healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, products, services, and corporate communication.
• Develop infographics, presentations, posters, standees, flyers, and other offline/online materials.
• Resize and adapt designs according to different platform specifications.
• Edit images, retouch photographs, and enhance visual assets when required.
• Handle multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and creative industry standards.
• Maintain organized design files and creative assets.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or Adobe InDesign will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
• Experience designing social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience.
• Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, e-commerce, advertising, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Portfolio of previous design work is required.
