IAM Specialist Saviynt

We are seeking a skilled IAM Specialist with proven experience supporting and implementing Saviynt for medium to large-scale enterprise clients across diverse industry verticals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IAM concepts such as JML, RBAC, and Provisioning, coupled with extensive hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA. This role demands excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents, and strong collaborative skills within a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, configure, and implement Saviynt IGA solutions tailored to client requirements
• Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Saviynt IGA environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance workflows, forms, and other Saviynt components
• Ensure compliance with access review policies, certifications, and authorization standards
• Work with application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere to support deployment and integrations
• Engage with customers directly, delivering technical support and consulting on IAM best practices

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the development and implementation of Saviynt IGA solutions
• At least 2 years of in-depth Level 3 support experience for Saviynt IGA
• Proficiency in Java / J2EE, JavaScript, scripting languages, and XML for customization and development purposes
• Strong knowledge of access reviews, certifications, and governance processes within Saviynt
• Expertise in Java debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of IAM solutions
• Solid understanding of LDAP concepts with hands-on experience working with various LDAP directories
• Extensive experience developing/supporting workflows, forms, and other Saviynt components
• Hands-on experience working with application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere, or developing J2EE applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with global teams and clients
• Customer-facing experience is essential, with a demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and deliver technical solutions

Preferred Certifications:

• Saviynt Certification or equivalent IAM certifications
• Java or LDAP-specific certifications are a plus
