Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive and technology-friendly Junior Social Media & AI Content Executive.

The candidate will work under the guidance of a senior team member and execute approved social media strategies. The role involves content research, AI-assisted content creation, basic designing, publishing and daily management of company and client social media accounts.

This position is suitable for an intern, fresher or candidate with up to one year of experience who is willing to learn, follow instructions and consistently deliver quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, competitors and trending content formats
• Generate content ideas using ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools
• Write captions, hooks, post copy and short-form video scripts
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendars
• Create basic social media posts, stories and carousels using Canva
• Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Schedule and publish approved content
• Coordinate with video editors and designers for Reels and creatives
• Maintain the approved brand tone and visual consistency
• Monitor comments, messages and daily account activity
• Support routine community engagement
• Repurpose existing content into different formats
• Review, edit and humanise AI-generated content before publishing
• Maintain organised content folders, trackers and publishing records
• Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports
• Implement feedback and revisions within the given timelines

Candidate Requirements

• Intern, fresher or candidate with up to one year of relevant experience
• Good written English and basic verbal communication
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI tools
• Ability to write useful prompts and improve AI-generated content
• Basic working knowledge of Canva
• Creative thinking and strong internet-research skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work under senior guidance
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet content deadlines
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
• Willing to work from the Ahmedabad office from 1:00 PM–10:30 PM

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Reels and short-form content creation
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva Video or similar tools
• Understanding of hashtags, keywords and social media analytics
• Experience managing a personal, college, freelance or business page
• Awareness of current social media trends and platform updates
• Basic knowledge of AI image and video-generation tools

• Content is prepared and published according to the approved calendar
• AI tools improve productivity without reducing originality or quality
• Brand guidelines and senior instructions are followed accurately
• Social media accounts remain active, organised and consistent
• Revisions are completed correctly and on time
• Engagement and account performance are tracked regularly

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical assignment involving:

• Researching content ideas for a given business
• Creating one social media post concept using AI
• Writing a caption, hook and call to action
• Creating a basic Canva post or carousel
• Preparing a short Reel script
• Improving and humanising AI-generated content

Freshers may submit personal projects, college work, sample posts, Canva designs or links to social media accounts they have managed.
