you'll play a key role in supporting their rapidly growing tier one client base, working in an organisation building, scaling and improving network solutions that deliver for their clients. If you re looking for a role where you can make a real impact from day one, this is it.

What We re Looking For
We re after someone with 18 months+ experience in a support or Tier 2 network environment, ideally with some coding or automation knowledge. you'll bring strong switching knowledge and a solid understanding of VLANs, along with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.

Technical Skills Required

Core Networking
CCNA (or equivalent knowledge)
Strong IP capabilities and routing understanding

Ethernet & Switching
VLANs
MPLS
Q-in-Q
Ethernet Ring Protection Protocol

Network Automation
Python
SQL/PostgreSQL
SNMP experience
NetConf experience is a bonus, but not essential

Customer Support
Day-to-day customer support and new service provisioning
Strong written communication skills
Confidence articulating faults and updates to clients via email and phone

Nice to Have
Working knowledge of ADVA FSP150 platform
Experience with Ciena 5000 series Routers
