On behalf of PwC, we are looking for an Oracle Talent & Performance Functional Lead for an 11 month contract based in London (3 days per week)/Remote (Hybrid).

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Talent & Performance Functional Lead to help clients transform how they attract, develop, retain, and grow talent.

You'll work as part of a collaborative Oracle HCM team, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver Oracle Cloud solutions that drive talent, performance, succession, and workforce transformation.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Oracle Talent & Performance workstreams across the full project life cycle, from discovery and design through to testing and deployment.
  • Facilitate client workshops focused on talent strategy, performance transformation, and Oracle best practices.
  • Design and configure Oracle Talent Management solutions aligned to business and transformation objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across HR, Talent, IT, and business leadership teams.
  • Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and project outcomes.

The skills you'll need:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including Talent & Performance.
  • Strong functional expertise across:
    • Performance Management.
    • Goal Management.
    • Succession Planning.
    • Talent Pools.
    • Profile Management.
    • Skills and Competency Frameworks.
    • Career Development and Development Plans.
    • Security, Approvals and Notifications.
    • Reporting and Analytics.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
