\n\nQUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
\n• UG or PG in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience as an accounts assistant or in a similar role.
\n• Proficiency in using Tally ERP 9.
\n• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
\n• Basic skills in financial analysis, including interpreting financial statements and conducting simple financial assessments.
\n• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data and records.
\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.
\n• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
\n• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders professionally.
\n• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nBookkeeping:
\n• Record financial transactions accurately in accounting software or ledgers.
\n• Maintain and update general ledgers, ensuring all entries are appropriately categorized.
\n• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents for clients.
\nAccounts Receivable/Payables:
\n• Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable for clients.
\n• Monitor client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
\n• Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
\nTax Compliance:
\n• Assist in calculating and preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
\n• Collaborate with the tax department to address any tax-related inquiries from clients.
\nCompliance and Documentation:
\n• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for each client.
\n• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
