• Strong experience in Transaction Monitoring (TM)
• SAR drafting and filing
• Experience in Crypto Investigations
• OSINT & Complex Investigations
• Narrative preparation and regulatory reporting
• Risk mitigation and escalation management
• Strong knowledge of BSA and global AML requirements
• Strong written communication, analytical & critical-thinking skills
• Experience with financial data platforms, database research tools & transaction screening systems
• Hands-on experience with LexisNexis for due diligence and case support
• Ability to identify patterns, assess risks and apply risk-based judgment
