Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer onboarding by setting up ZURU as an approved vendor and completing customer profile documentation
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements across customer operations
• Manage customer-specific product listing requirements and maintain data integrity
• Train and monitor the China CSR team on product listings and compliance
• Master customer order fulfillment guidelines and oversee accurate order execution
• Map customer order fields to ZURU’s EDI/system for automated order processing
• Lead inventory replenishment planning and manage replenishment schedules
• Collaborate with the China CSR team to allocate stock in the system
• Liaise with 3PL providers and customers to resolve routing and fulfillment issues
• Coordinate specialized 3PL services, including co-packing, display assembly, palletizing, and stickering
• Ensure compliance with customer- and country-specific invoicing requirements
• Partner with China CSR and System Support teams to automate document generation
• Monitor order payment status and support accounts receivable reconciliation
• Assist with customer billing disputes
• Identify and resolve operational issues and improve 3PL performance
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative, coordination, and operational support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics and customer service
• Experience in order fulfillment, inventory, and customer relations
• Experience coordinating with 3PL or co-packing is a preferred advantage
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluency in English, Polish, and German
• German proficiency level required on application
