Chartered Accountant / Inter CA - Bookkeeper (Australia) - Ahmedabad

Position: Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist (Australia Division)

>> Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Excel and Cloud Accounting Software
• End-to-end Accounts Payable (Dext upload, coding & processing bills in Xero)
• Supplier payment batches, statement reconciliation & follow-ups
• Fortnightly payroll for 30–60 employees (wages, super, leave, PAYG)
• Daily/weekly bank reconciliations (15+ accounts, high transaction volume)
• Month-end bookkeeping & ad hoc financial reporting

>> Preferred Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Xero & Dext
• High attention to detail with ability to manage high transaction volumes
• Good communication skills for supplier & staff coordination

>> Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Payroll (Australian process preferred).
• Freshers CA: Eligible with strong skills in Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable Tasks (any country)
