Perks to support your growth and well-being. Required skills: 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (i.e.
Scrum, Kanban), project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project), and experience leading Agile events (planning, daily scrums, retrospective, release planning). Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Strong skills in risk management, facilitation, team leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and improving project transparency.
Solid understanding of software development processes and practices, with at least 1–2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably focused on web development. Quick learner, passionate, motivated, and self-managed. English B2.
Nice-to-have SKills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile and Project Management certifications. Previous experience in software development.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in full-cycle software development projects for US and EU startups, collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders. Serve as a member of an Agile Scrum team, ensuring the timely delivery of project tasks with a strong focus on quality and user experience. Lead and support the development team by applying Agile methodologies and industry best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor team performance and manage KPIs. Take ownership of project release planning and delivery.
