At Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory with international reach, we are dedicated to the research and development of natural and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health and well-being.


We’re looking for a reliable, multi-lingual International Customer Service representative to join our team. If you are customer-oriented, organized, and would like to be part of a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company, we want to hear from you!


As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries, ensuring efficient service throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth handling of daily operations.


What you’ll do:

  • Key person in International Customer Service department.
  • Monitor orders throughout the entire process, from receipt to final delivery and manage the communications with customers .
  • Prepare all documentation for international transport and customs, respond to enquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ownership of Invoicing and collections process.
  • Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Prepare and manage commercial and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company’s systems.
  • Prepare affiliates weekly sales reports.
  • Manage Affiliates Monthly closing, including invoicing and inventories reconciliation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experience.


What we’re looking for:

  • Education or training in Business Administration, Commerce, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A good level of Italian and/or German would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, order management, administration, or a similar position will be valued.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
