About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Head of U.S. Compliance Advisory to lead a team that provides strategic, risk-based compliance advice on regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction and priorities for the U.S.
Compliance Advisory function, ensuring that resources are aligned with the most significant business, regulatory, and risk priorities. This role involves serving as a senior advisor to business leaders, overseeing compliance support for product development, and leading the assessment and implementation of new laws and regulations. The VP will also be involved in executive oversight of issue management, and regulatory exam support, and will be expected to build and maintain trusted relationships across various global and local teams.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of compliance experience in a highly regulated industry, with a focus on U.S. consumer protection and privacy laws. Deep expertise in laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, UDAAP, GLBA, and CCPA is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of managing teams, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
A Juris Doctor degree, experience in financial services, and familiarity with AdTech and telecommunications regulations are preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing innovative compliance advice and will be committed to the values of diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
