About you

• Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant with membership of ICAI, ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong commercial and business acumen, ideally with industry experience
• Curious, problem-solver with an interest in manufacturing business operations
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial data for non-financial colleagues
• Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working under tight deadlines

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with Commercial, Operational, and Finance teams to enable insightful financial analysis
• Make recommendations to enhance profitability and drive business improvements
• Improve financial reporting and processes for faster decision-making
• Prepare costings for existing and new product lines
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and five-year planning cycles
