Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analyst opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. This is a broad/ generalist role where you will support the Head of Compliance and wider team to ensure the compliance plan and regulatory requirements are met through completing a range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the delivery of the Compliance Plan, including compliance monitoring activities covering areas such as brokers and underwriting authorities.
• Maintain the regulatory deadline calendar, tracking all regulatory returns and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory returns.
• Support the broker approval process, including the issuance of TOBAs.
• Assist with providing regulatory advice to teams, including on licensing and tax matters.
• Support conduct risk governance processes, including secretarial support for the Product Oversight Group and product review forums.
• Assist with the preparation of management information (MI) across a range of topics, including conduct risk.
• Provide support to other areas of the Compliance team as required.

Education / Experience:

• Educated to college level/ equivalent with a qualification or relevant market experience.
• 12 months + compliance experience within the insurance industry (ideally Lloyd’s).
