Kaspersky is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to drive SMB sales growth in Brazil by developing relationships with customers and channel partners and identifying new business opportunities. This role is responsible for managing sales pipelines, supporting partners throughout the sales cycle, positioning Kaspersky solutions and value proposition, and helping to win deals against the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory;
- Drive SMB sales through channel partners, including new business, renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and SMB customers;
- Identify, assess and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers;
- Manage and progress sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and execution against business goals;
- Promote and clearly articulate Kaspersky’s value proposition and competitive advantages to partners and customers;
- Recruit, train and enable partners to effectively position and sell Kaspersky solutions;
- Balance farming and hunting activities by developing existing accounts while acquiring new customers;
- Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate with partners to support deal progression and increase win rates;
- Work closely with Sales, Channel and Marketing teams on joint sales and marketing activities;
- Support webinars, events, product demonstrations and other activities aimed at generating demand and business opportunities;
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, partner engagements and opportunities.
Required Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development within the technology industry;
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and experience managing sales pipelines and business opportunities;
- Experience selling technology solutions, services or complex projects based on customer needs and business value;
- Experience in both new business development and existing account management;
- Experience working with customers and channel partners;
- Strong sales and business development skills with a focus on achieving revenue targets;
- Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to clearly articulate and position a value proposition to customers and partners;
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Fluent English.
