🚀 We're Hiring: Credit Analyst (CA Fresher) | Birla Pivot (Bangalore, Pune & Hyderabad)

Birla Pivot, Grasim Industries' fast-growing B2B e-commerce platform for the construction industry, is looking for a Credit Analyst to join our Strategic Partnerships team, reporting to the Underwriting Lead. Great opportunity for CAs from the last or current attempt cycle to kickstart their career!

What you'll do:

Assess creditworthiness of buyers through financial statement analysis, credit scoring, and risk assessment

Conduct cash flow, ratio, and trend analysis to evaluate financial health and flag red flags

Own credit documentation accuracy and due diligence checks

Communicate credit decisions and portfolio risk to key stakeholders

Monitor the credit portfolio for early warning signs and support ongoing credit reviews

What we're looking for:

✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — last or current cycle pass-outs

✅ 2-3 years of articleship experience in credit analysis, banking, or financial services

✅ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

✅ A collaborative, team-first mindset
