Job Description
Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As a PMO/Analyst, you will work on diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients unique environment.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Support the design and implementation of global business processes and Target Operating Models (TOM).
- Assist ERP transformation programmes, including SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise platforms.
- Coordinate programme activities across business, IT, and implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, deployment roadmaps, and governance documentation.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, KPIs, and benefits realisation.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support business readiness through communications, training, and change management activities.
- Contribute to business process documentation, deployment planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, governance, and timeline expectations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience supporting GBS, Shared Services (SSC), or Centre of Excellence (CoE) transformations.
- Knowledge of end-to-end business process standardisation with GPOs, BPOs, and business leaders.
- Experience in ERP transformation programmes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, or other enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong PMO, programme governance, planning, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Pharmaceuticals is preferred; Philips transformation programme experience is an added advantage.
