Job Description
First Sentier Group is seeking a Client Implementation Analyst to join our team in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is integral to the successful delivery of client onboarding, change and governance activities across the business. Working within the Client Implementation team, you will combine analytical and project management skills to coordinate initiatives, support process improvements and ensure the efficient execution of client-focused projects.

- Manage institutional client onboarding, transitions and mandate changes, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate client exits and support the ongoing management of client implementation activities across a range of investment products.
- Oversee key contracts and agreements, including distribution, platform, rebate and investment management agreements (IMAs), ensuring appropriate governance and controls are maintained.
- Support process improvement initiatives by maintaining documentation, reviewing procedures and contributing to regulatory and business change projects.
- Monitor and report on distribution activities across EU and international markets, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and governance standards.
Your experience and skills
- 5+ years' experience in client implementation, client onboarding, fund distribution, investment operations or a similar role within financial services.
- Experience working with institutional clients, distributors, platforms or other investment industry stakeholders.
- Knowledge of fund distribution, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Experience reviewing agreements, legal documentation or due diligence processes is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
- Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating projects and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of UCITS funds, alternative investment structures or European fund distribution is advantageous.
