Rise is the Single Family Office of Olivier Brourhant, founder and current Executive Chairman of the Mantu group. Mantu is an independent international player in consulting, founded in 2007.

Our mission is to break the codes and rethink the way the sectors we invest in operate, as we did with Mantu in the consulting and services sector. We also support intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in launching and developing ambitious projects across every field of the economy.

The Opportunity

Horizon 4 is the real estate arm of Rise 4 and is growing along three investment theses:

- Core strategy: acquisition of office buildings in locations that are strategic for the Mantu group;

- Value-Add strategy: acquisition of mixed-use buildings (residential/office/retail) in Paris and Lyon;

- Hospitality strategy: serviced accommodation with Idyllic Collection, currently present in the Rhône-Alpes region and around Lake Geneva

Against a backdrop of rapid expansion and the structuring of our activities, Horizon 4 is strengthening its team. In this context, we are looking for an Investment & Asset Management Analyst Intern (M/F) for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

What You’ll Work On

Reporting to the Investment Managers and working alongside the whole team, you will be responsible for :

Analysis of investment opportunities:

· Analysis of the investment opportunities received: asset visits and financial modelling

· Due diligence (technical, legal, tax and notarial) on selected opportunities

· Preparation of investment memos for banks

· Setting up the contractual documentation (banking and notarial)

Management of the assets held by the property company:

· Monitoring of building improvement works (with the project management assistant and the works contractors)

· Monitoring of the building disposal process

· Support in preparing management reporting

Who We’re Looking For

· Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, specialising in finance or real estate

· You have initial experience from an internship or apprenticeship in finance and/or real estate, with an asset manager, PE fund or institutional investor

· You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and a high level of mathematical agility

· You are proficient in financial valuation and modelling concepts, as well as the Office suite

· You have a keen interest in artificial intelligence tools

· You are fluent in French and English; any additional language is a plus
