Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Export Marketing Executive to accelerate our international sales growth across global markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential export markets, generating overseas leads, pitching our product portfolio to international distributors and pharmacy chains, and converting inquiries into long-term export orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify, evaluate, and target overseas importers, distributors, hospital networks, and retail chains for pharmaceutical formulations and food supplements.
- B2B Client Outreach & Conversion: Initiate cold outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn InMail, WhatsApp, direct calling) to pitch company capabilities, product lines, and private label/contract manufacturing services.
- Negotiation & Commercial Closures: Prepare commercial offers, negotiate pricing, volume discounts, Incoterms, and payment terms (Advance, LC, CAD) to close profitable international deals.
- Dossier & Product Registration Coordination: Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs (RA) team to provide international clients with required technical documentation, CTD/ACTD dossiers, Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (COPP), and Free Sale Certificates (FSC).
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with international partners, managing repeat orders and identifying portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Track global pricing benchmarks, regulatory shifts, and emerging formulation trends across key export territories (e.g., Africa, CIS, LATAM, Southeast Asia, MENA).
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biotechnology, Science (B.Sc), or International Business/Marketing (MBA/PGDM in International Business preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven B2B sales and marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Dietary Supplement export industry.
- Skills:
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring new overseas buyers and penetrating new country markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms 2020), payment structures, and export pricing models.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/supplement regulatory requirements (dossier formats, stability data, labeling compliance).
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication; fluency in French, Spanish, Russian, or Arabic is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in B2B portals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
