With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they’re looking to bring on a Senior Estimator (Building) to play a key role in winning and delivering high-profile projects.

The Opportunity

This is more than just pricing jobs, you’ll be a strategic contributor, working closely with senior leadership to drive tenders, refine methodologies, and influence project success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender preparation for construction projects
• Develop accurate cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing models
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Estimator
• Strong background in building and infrastructure
• High-level proficiency in estimating software and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
