About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Delivery Manager to undertake end-to-end ownership for the successful planning and delivery of Ecolibrium customer projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget, to the required quality standards and with clear customer acceptance. The role will coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders across business, sales, solutioning, engineering, product, technology, procurement, field operations and customer teams.
The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for translating the agreed customer requirement and project scope into a structured delivery plan and ensuring disciplined execution through to commissioning, handover and closure. This is a hands-on project management role requiring strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management, problem solving, risk management and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own project initiation, planning, scheduling, resource requirements, milestones and delivery governance.
- Establish clear scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies and success criteria.
- Lead projects from mobilisation through implementation, testing, commissioning, customer acceptance and handover.
- Ensure delivery is on time, within agreed scope, budget and quality standards.
- Act as the key project delivery contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress and proactively manage expectations, actions and escalations.
- Coordinate internal teams across Sales, Solutioning, Engineering, Technology, Procurement, Operations and Customer Success.
- Ensure effective collaboration and timely completion of project dependencies.
- Coordinate deployment and integration of SmartSense, sensors, meters and associated technology with customer infrastructure and systems, including BMS, EMS, PLC/SCADA and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate site readiness, installation, integration, testing and commissioning.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
- Escalate critical matters promptly and drive timely resolution.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, scope and commercial commitments.
- Work with Procurement and external suppliers/contractors to ensure timely availability of equipment and services.
- Ensure successful customer acceptance, operational handover and project closure.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation, track project KPIs and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree / qualification in Bachelor's degree in Technology / Project Management / Business Administration or a related field discipline.
- 5-7 years of relevant project management / delivery experience, preferably in technology, engineering, energy, infrastructure, IoT, building technology, industrial automation, data centres, telecom or similar environments. in project management or a related role.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination and milestone management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
- Strong project management skills and understanding of project risk, issue, dependency and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and including interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills and decision-making capability.
- High level of ownership, accountability and execution discipline.
- PMP, certification PRINCE2, Agile or other recognised project management qualification.
- Experience with IoT, BMS, EMS, SCADA, PLCs, energy management, building automation, data centres or industrial systems.
- Experience integrating technology solutions with existing customer infrastructure
