Location:Remote | Full-Time | Australian Business Hours (9am – 5pm AEST)

SHE-com is scaling — and we’re ready for a next-level operator to step in and take the reins of our digital backend.

We’re a global community of 40,000+ female founders, and we’re looking for ahigh-accountability,detail-obsessed,tech-savvyhuman to join our remote team and keep our programs, platforms, and clients flowing with ease.

YOUR MISSION

To ensure the seamless execution of SHE-com’s digital programs, coaching delivery, and CRM systems — with structure, proactivity, and polish.

You’ll own:

• HubSpot CRM & Workflows
• Automations, segmentation, reporting, email sequences — the works. You must be confident navigating and optimising a complex CRM.
• Program & Platform Ops
• Manage coaching calls, client access, resource libraries, and content calendars across Kajabi, Circle.so, Acuity, Slack, and Vimeo.
• Video Management
• Download, edit, title, and upload coaching replays and masterclasses — consistently and accurately.
• Community Management & Scheduling
• Maintain our FB and Circle groups, manage live call scheduling (Google, AddEvent), and ensure coaches and clients have what they need.
• Keep SOPs updated, flag system gaps, and find smarter ways to manage digital delivery.
• Are a confidentHubSpot operator(workflows, lists, automations, reports)
• Have 3+ years in a digital ops or VA-type role (ideally in coaching, education, or e-com)
• Are fast, proactive, organised, and fluent in English
• Have reliable high-speed internet for large file handling and video tasks
• Can work full-time from 9am to 5pm AEST (non-negotiable)
• Can handle repetitive tasks with excellence — and suggest improvements, too
