Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Business Development team.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Guide the team in lead generation, prospecting, and market research.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and service demos.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Requirements

4-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling.

Strong expertise in market research, client presentations, service demos, and deal closures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

Good understanding of Digital Marketing Services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.

Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of leading a high-performing team.
