Accountant

Our client, a highly successful international group, is seeking a Part/Recently Qualified Accountant to join their team based in Meath East, near Dublin West and North Kildare, with strong career progression opportunities towards becoming a Financial Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the finance functions for an Irish company within the group, including assisting in the preparation of management accounts, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payments, stock valuation, fixed assets, and general ledger postings. The role offers potential for advancement to Financial Controller.
• Participate in the local finance team, including expense tracking, VAT returns, AR/AP duties, and balance sheet reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Part Qualified or Recently Qualified Accountant
• Experience in preparing monthly management accounts
• Ambitious and enthusiastic attitude
