Hiring: Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager | D2C

We're looking for a full-time Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager to build and manage partnerships with D2C brands across our creator-led events and experiences.

\n

We're building a platform around UGC creators, influencers, models and brands, and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the brand partnership function end-to-end.

\n

What you'll do:

\n

\n
• Build relationships with D2C brands and marketing decision-makers
\n
• Identify and pitch brands for partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations
\n
• Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing (we already have messages to get you enough meetings)
\n
• Develop creative brand integration opportunities across events and creator activations
\n
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand partners
\n
• Manage relationships with existing partners and drive repeat collaborations
\n

\n

Who we're looking for:

\n

\n
• 1-4 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, media sales or business development
\n
• Existing relationships with D2C / consumer brands is a strong plus
\n
• Strong communication, pitching and negotiation skills
\n
• Someone who is highly proactive and comfortable with targets
\n
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing and D2C landscape
\n
• Most importantly, someone who can open doors and close deals
\n
