Senior UX Design/Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of UX design projects, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Apply user‑centered design (UCD) methodologies throughout the development lifecycle
• Plan and conduct usability tests, interviews, and data analyses to validate hypotheses
• Analyze behavioral data and usage metrics of digital products to recommend continuous improvements
• Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and deliverables
• Create and maintain style guides and consistent design systems
• Lead co‑creation workshops and brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor UX trends and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design and UX research at a senior level
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience with qualitative research methods (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative methods (surveys, metrics analysis)
• Knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility (WCAG)
• Ability to translate research insights into practical design solutions
• Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools and design systems
• Excellent communication skills for presenting research findings and design proposals
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Intermediate to advanced English for reading, writing, and technical communication
