Chief Financial Officer , you will be a commercially astute and strategic finance leader, responsible for driving financial strategy, enhancing business performance, strengthening governance, and supporting sustainable growth across the organisation. As a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted partner to the CEO, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and direction to improve profitability, optimise funding and liquidity, manage risk, and enable informed decision-making. You will also lead the development of a high-performing finance function, driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and long-term value creation while supporting the organisation's continued growth and success in Brazil. Lead financial strategy, long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and partner with leadership to drive sustainable growth and strong financial performance. Ensure robust financial controls, governance, compliance, risk management, and effective capital allocation across the organisation. Oversee financing, liquidity, cash flow, working capital, revenue assurance, billing accuracy, and collections to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. Strengthen FP&A capabilities through the delivery of credible forecasting, robust business performance analysis, and enhanced visibility of customer, contract and station profitability. Provide commercial insight and constructive challenge to operational leadership on pricing decisions, productivity, cost drivers, margins and performance improvement initiatives to drive sustainable profitability and business performance. Lead funding and treasury activities while supporting commercial negotiations, contract profitability, pricing strategies, and customer payment management. Build and develop a high-performing finance function and lead finance transformation through talent development, digitalisation, automation, process standardisation and continuous improvement. Strengthen financial discipline by implementing scalable processes, robust controls, clear accountability frameworks and performance management mechanisms that support business growth, governance and operational excellence. To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline and 10+ years’ experience of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive finance role Strong FP&A, treasury, financial control, governance, and commercial finance experience Experience leading large, complex, multi-site organisations Fluency in Portuguese and English You’ll have an edge if you have
