Job Description

MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company supporting the mining, oil & gas and construction industries. Our capabilities include the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installation, maintenance and repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Welshpool team.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day warehouse and stores activities, maintaining equipment and stock, and ensuring a safe, organised and productive workplace.

You will work closely with the Asset Manager to support the team, monitor performance and ensure warehouse processes are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor and support the warehouse/stores team, including monitoring performance and quality.
  • Coordinate and maintain stock levels of equipment, consumables, materials and tooling.
  • Manage the receiving, ordering, receipting, documentation, storage and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure requisitions and scheduled requirements are delivered in full and on time (DIFOT) to work fronts across WA.
  • Identify equipment requiring repair, maintenance calibration, testing or replacement and ensure issues are appropriately recorded and reported.
  • Maintain accurate stores and asset records, including asset numbers and barcodes.
  • Ensure tooling and equipment is maintained to a high standard, site compliant and accurately recorded and reported.
  • Maintain a high standard of warehouse housekeeping and organisation.
  • Ensure the warehouse is free from hazards and risks and that safe work practices are followed.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, including correct use of PPE.
  • Ensure work processes are streamlined, organised and consistently followed.
  • Promptly report incidents, issues and hazards and record corrective actions, solutions and completion dates in INX.
  • Assist the Asset Manager with reporting, quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a store or warehousing supervisory role.
  • Previous experience in either mining, engineering, or heavy industry.
  • Current LF High Risk Work Licence (Forklift).
  • Dogging and Rigging, Working at Heights (WAH), and Electrical Test & Tag tickets (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience working with power tools and/or workshop machinery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced inMicrosoft Office, Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive approach to safety, housekeeping and maintaining high standards.
  • The ability to lead a team while remaining hands‑on and operational.
