The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work a broad role with both AP and office support duties. Your duties will include:

• Full function AP duties including reviewing and coding invoices, processing payment runs and performing reconciliations
• Managing project costing spreadsheets, purchase order items and employee expenses
• Administration tasks – ordering stationery, meeting notes, documenting processes and invoice management
• Interacting with multiple stakeholders across the business

Your Background

Our client is looking for a candidate who is organised, reliable, keen to learn and possesses the following attributes:

• Experience in both full-function Accounts Payable and Office Administration duties
• Previously used Xero
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently work with different stakeholders
• Team-focused attitude and collaborative, positive working style.
• Be an autonomous worker who can take ownership and also possess initiative to help the team
• Hold permanent working rights in Australia
