Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bella Vista, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant is responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering soak tanks and related supplies to hospitality clients in a safe and timely manner. Daily tasks include planning delivery routes, completing delivery documentation, providing courteous on-site service, and handling basic installation or positioning of equipment as needed.
In the warehouse, the role involves receiving and organising stock, preparing orders, performing inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The position may also include assisting with basic administrative tasks, coordinating with the operations team, and communicating with customers to support smooth deliveries and service.
Qualifications
- Strong driving and logistics abilities, including a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and experience with route planning and deliveries.
- Warehouse operations skills such as stock handling, order picking and packing, inventory awareness, and basic equipment handling.
- Good customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with hospitality clients on-site and by phone or email.
- Attention to safety and hygiene, including safe manual handling practices and willingness to follow health and sanitisation procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with reliability, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for updating records, using delivery or inventory systems, and managing simple administrative tasks.
- Physical capacity to lift and move equipment and supplies as required for deliveries and warehouse duties.
- Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse work, or hospitality supply is beneficial but not mandatory.
