Job Description

Overview The role involves supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, NABH accreditation standards, and contributing to effective workforce management within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Workforce Planning
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational and accreditation standards.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues in line with HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Assist in conducting employee feedback sessions and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, NABH standards, and JCI requirements.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support internal and external audits.
  • Performance Management and Training
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation.
  • Support managers in performance improvement initiatives and training nominations.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance staff competencies.
  • Payroll and Compensation SupportCoordinate payroll inputs and verify data for accuracy in collaboration with Finance.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and resolving payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain updated employee compensation records.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
  • Track key HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and recruitment timelines.
  • Support data-driven HR initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and hospital HR practices.
  • Familiarity with NABH/JCI accreditation standards is desirable.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
