Full Stack Software Developer

Must-Have / Required Skill Set

• Strong React experience – This is explicitly identified as a Must Have and should be one of the first things you screen for.
• Full Stack Development – Candidate must genuinely understand both front-end and back-end development, including database and DevOps components.
• RESTful API Development & Integration – Strong experience designing/building REST APIs and integrating front-end applications with APIs. Swagger/OpenAPI knowledge is also valuable.
• Application Architecture & Front-End/Back-End Integration – Experience designing web architecture and connecting UI, APIs, databases, and application components.
• SQL / Relational Databases – Strong database and SQL experience, particularly Oracle and SQL Server.
• REST & SOAP Web Services – Experience working with web services and communication protocols is specifically required.
• Azure DevOps + JIRA + Agile/Scrum – Experience with development/CI-CD tooling and Agile delivery practices.
• Testing, Debugging & Deployment – Ability to design, code, test, debug, document, troubleshoot, and support applications through the SDLC
