Location: London Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day home

The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to join a leading international law firm's high-performing BD & Marketing team.

This role would suit an experienced BD professional, or an Executive/Assistant looking to step up ideally from a legal or professional services background.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pitches, credentials and client-facing materials.
• Maintain lawyer CVs, case studies and marketing content.
• Support client events, webinars and thought leadership campaigns.
• Assist with directory submissions, awards and league tables.
• Support client relationship and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, client plans and practice priorities.
• Maintain accurate information across CRM and marketing systems.

About You

• Experience in BD, pitches or marketing, ideally within legal/professional services.
• Open to experienced Assistants/Executives looking to progress into BD.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to use initiative.
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
