BIM Technician

Permanent - Hybrid (4 Days On-site / 1 Day WFH)

As the business continues to invest in digital engineering and BIM capabilities, they are expanding their team with a newly created position to support the development of their BIM offering.

The Role

Working alongside the Design and Engineering teams, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality BIM content, creating Revit MEP models and supporting the rollout of BIM standards across the business. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a growing BIM function and make a lasting impact on future product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Revit MEP models
• Develop BIM content and product libraries
• Maintain BIM standards and documentation
• Assist with ISO 19650 implementation
• Identify process improvements and innovation

Requirements

• 1-3 years' BIM experience
• Knowledge of MEP building services
• Understanding of ISO 19650 principles
